Industrial products

Part of the tomatoes processed by Consorzio Casalasco are dedicated to a further industrial processing.

For this reason we produce tomato sauces, pulps, diced tomatoes and semi concentrates both using hot break and cold break procedures, respecting the quality and the precise controls characterising all the Casalasco production.

The products dedicated to industrial uses are processed by aseptic system and thanks to the great flexibility of our plant, they could be packaged in a wide range of containers such as: drums, big bins, combofructus.
